My client is looking for a highly organised and people-focused Regional Studio Manager to support the day-to-day operations of our architectural studios. (2 sites in Bristol and Oxford) This is a key role that ensures their studios run efficiently while fostering a positive, collaborative, and high-performing working environment. This is 12 month fixed term contract covering maternity leave. You will be required to travel between the 2 sites so a driving license is needed, and mileage will be covered! You ll work closely with studio leadership and regional teams to oversee operational processes, support people management initiatives, and drive consistency across multiple locations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing operational excellence with creating an outstanding employee experience.
