A Reading-based architectural practice specialising in high-end residential projects is looking to appoint a recently qualified Part 3 Architect to join its team. The role will involve supporting the design and delivery of bespoke private residential schemes across multiple RIBA stages.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the design and delivery of high-end residential projects
- Preparing planning drawings, presentation material and technical packages
- Producing and coordinating models and drawings in Revit and AutoCAD
- Assisting with planning submissions and building regulations packages
- Coordinating with consultants and contractors
- Supporting project delivery through multiple RIBA stages
The Ideal Candidate
- ARB registered Architect (Part 3 qualified)
- Approximately 1-2 years' experience within a UK practice
- Strong working knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD
- Residential project experience preferred
- Good understanding of UK planning processes
- Strong design and communication skills
