My well established FTSE 100 Client is urgently seeking a highly motivated and experienced End User Computing (EUC) Project Manager to join their IT team and lead the delivery of a range of complex infrastructure and modern workplace transformation projects. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless implementation and optimisation of technologies that enhance the end-user experience, drive operational efficiency, and align with our strategic IT roadmap. This role demands hands-on project management expertise, strong stakeholder engagement skills, and a deep understanding of end-user computing and modern workplace environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full project lifecycle delivery of EUC, IT infrastructure, and modern workplace initiatives.
  • Lead the rollout and integration of Microsoft 365 solutions, including Teams, Office 365, and Loop.
  • Oversee the renewal and transformation of MPLS networks, ensuring minimal disruption and optimal performance.
  • Work closely with infrastructure, security, and application teams to align project goals with business outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, RAID logs, stakeholder communications, and governance reporting.
  • Coordinate with third-party vendors and service providers, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to SLAs.
  • Ensure adoption of modern workplace technologies across business units, providing guidance and change management support.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager within End User Computing or Infrastructure environments.
  • Demonstrable success delivering complex IT projects, particularly involving Microsoft Teams, Office 365, Loop, and network infrastructure.
  • Strong understanding of MPLS network technologies, infrastructure upgrades, and cloud migrations.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Agile and/or PRINCE2 certification (preferred).
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

The role will be 2/3 days a week onsite in Central London and is INSIDE IR35.
