My client is currently seeking a Project Architect / Project Technologist to join their team on a permanent basis.
Ideal Candidate:
- Qualified ARB/RIBA Architect or MCIAT Architectural Technologists.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience post bachelor's degree in commercial architecture, with a proven track record of running complex projects from concept to completion.
- Fully proficient in all Revit functions.
- Experience in undertaking both CDM Principal Designer and Building Safety Act Principal Designer roles.
- A practical knowledge of relevant UK Building Regulations and design standards.
