My well known, household name Client is urgently recruiting for a Programme Lead. You'll oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of new build and fit-out projects across a dynamic property portfolio. You'll be accountable for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards while aligning with stakeholder requirements and corporate objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end programme management for multiple construction and fit-out projects
- Oversee procurement, contract negotiation, budgeting, and risk management
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, consultants, and contractors
- Develop and maintain programme plans, reporting progress to senior leadership
- Ensure compliance with all safety, regulatory, and quality standards
- Lead cross-functional teams and mentor project managers
Requirements
- Proven experience leading complex construction and fit-out projects, ideally in a variety of sectors
- Demonstrated track record in delivering new building launches
- Recognised Project Management qualification (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP, APM)
