We are looking for an experienced Architectural Technologist with a strong background in sports and leisure projects to join our team. The successful candidate will have proven experience delivering technically complex projects, including schemes with construction values of £5m+, and will be highly proficient in Revit within a BIM-led environment.
This role is focused on the technical delivery of projects, working closely with architects, consultants, and contractors to ensure designs are translated into robust, buildable solutions.
Responsibilities- Lead the technical delivery of sports and leisure projects across multiple RIBA stages
- Take responsibility for technically complex projects valued at £5m+
- Produce, manage, and coordinate detailed technical packages using Revit
- Develop and maintain BIM models in line with project and office standards
- Coordinate consultant information and resolve technical interfaces
- Support project teams through planning, technical design, and construction stages
- Review contractor information and respond to technical queries
- Ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations, standards, and best practice
This will be a hybrid role after probation (2 days working from home).
