We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Architect with deep experience in residential design to lead projects from concept through completion. This role is ideal for a creative, detail-oriented professional who can balance design excellence, technical accuracy, client management, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Design & Technical Leadership
- Lead the full design process for residential projects, including single-family homes, multi-unit developments, renovations, and custom builds.
- Develop concept designs, schematic plans, detailed drawings, and construction documentation.
- Ensure all designs meet building codes, zoning regulations, and sustainability standards.
- Oversee material specifications, interior architectural details, and exterior façade development.
- Conduct site analyses, feasibility studies, and design reviews.
- Project & Team Management
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously from early concept to construction administration.
- Coordinate work across internal teams, consultants, engineers, and contractors.
- Provide mentorship, oversight, and technical guidance to junior architects and designers.
- Ensure all project milestones, schedules, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Client & Stakeholder Engagement
- Serve as the primary design and communication lead for clients.

Qualifications
- Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch).
- 7+ years of architectural experience, with a strong residential portfolio.
- Licensed Architect (or on path to licensure).
- Proficiency in architectural design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Suite).
- Strong understanding of residential building systems, codes, detailing, and materials.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and client-management skills.
Preferred
- Experience with high-end custom residential design.
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles and relevant certifications (LEED, Passive House, etc.).
- Experience managing interdisciplinary consultant teams.
