Red King Resourcing, on behalf of a central London higher education campus, seeks a Mechanical Maintenance Facilities Officer to maintain and improve the estate’s mechanical infrastructure. The role operates on a rotating Monday–Friday pattern to provide day-to-day maintenance support across the campus.
You will use a Building Management System (BMS) to diagnose and fix issues, perform planned and reactive maintenance, and liaise with contractors and stakeholders to deliver high standards.
