My client is currently seeking a Senior Architect / Senior Technologist to join their team on a contract basis.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Master's degree in Architecture from a UK-accredited institution.
- Qualified ARB/RIBA Chartered Architect or MCIAT Chartered Architectural Technologist.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in commercial architecture, with a proven track record of job running and managing complex, large-scale projects from concept to completion.
- Fully proficient in Revit functions.
- Experience in undertaking both CDM Principal Designer and Building Safety Act Principal Designer roles.
