KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Lead and coordinate architectural projects or defined project packages from design development through technical delivery and construction stages, appropriate to experience. Develop high-quality design and technical information in Revit and AutoCAD, maintaining accuracy, coordination and consistency across the project information set. Apply healthcare design experience to planning, clinical functionality, patient and staff environments, technical coordination and compliance requirements, with working familiarity of relevant Health Building Notes (HBNs) and Health Technical Memoranda (HTMs). Coordinate multidisciplinary consultant information and proactively identify and resolve design and technical issues. Attend and contribute to client, design-team and site meetings; communicate actions clearly and follow them through to completion. Work closely with contractor and site teams to understand buildability, sequencing, construction methodology and the practical delivery of design intent, using regular site visits to build in-depth construction knowledge. Prepare presentations, reports, design reviews and client-facing material using Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant tools.
