I am currently partnered with a very well established top 10 Architectural firms in the UK. They are looking for a Junior BIM Coordinator. The office is based in Newark and you expected to be fully on site. They are a privately owned company with 3 offices spread out in Manchester, Newark and London. They specialise in the industrial sector which includes warehouses, transport, offices, data centres, etc. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an accomplished BIM team where you will provide guidance and support to the project team using Revit in the most effective way. The company operates a system of standards complying with BS EN ISO 19650 and it is expected that have either knowledge or experience with this. The company does offer in house mentoring and opportunites of growth as well as further progression. Essential skills: – Revit – Revit modelling/model management and content creation experience. – Navisworks/Solibri and clash detection experience. – Konwledge/experience of UK BIM standards. – Ideally experience having worked at an architecture/design practice or a similar role. Working 5 days on site 7.5 hours per day with occasional flexibility where agreed.
