We are seeking a talented Midweight Interior Technical Designer with a passion for detail and a mastery of 3D BIM workflows to join our delivery team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between creative concept and technical reality, taking lead on technical packages for large-scale office fit-outs and ensuring our vision is executed to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 3D models and detailed technical drawing packages for office fit-outs using ArchiCAD or Revit.
- Produce accurate construction documentation including partitions, reflected ceiling plans, joinery details, and finishes schedules.
- Coordinate with external consultants (MEP, Structural) to ensure seamless integration of services within the interior design.
- Conduct site surveys and attend progress meetings to ensure design intent is maintained throughout the construction phase.
- Contribute to the evolution of the firm's BIM standards and 3D library components.
Requirements
- Experience: 3-5 years of professional experience in interior architecture or technical design, specifically within the commercial/workplace sector.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in ArchiCAD or Revit (Essential). Ability to work within a BIM environment and manage complex 3D models.
