My client is looking for an Architectural Technologist on a permanent basis. They were established in 2002, and are an internationally recognized architectural practice specializing in new builds, masterplanning, and the refurbishment of listed and historic buildings. With projects spanning the UK and global locations, their work encompasses collegiate buildings, luxury hotels, embassies, and private residences.
The role involves creating technical, working, and construction drawings, along with developing and refining architectural designs. Responsibilities include:
- Translating concept designs into detailed technical plans
- Collaborating with architects and design teams
- Ensuring accuracy and compliance with building codes and regulations
- Preparing technical documentation
- Providing technical support to project teams
Experience wise, they require someone with 3+ years experience. They mainly use Vectorworks, but are happy if you have used AutoCAD. Vectorworks experience isn't essential!
