You will diagnose faults on customer sites, repair equipment and ensure systems operate correctly, with a strong emphasis on independent on-site work and clear communication.
The role involves fault finding across Crestron, Extron, Q-SYS, Biamp, Dante and related AV technologies, with occasional reporting and liaison with customers and internal teams.
