An established design-led architecture and interiors practice is seeking a talented Project Architect to join its growing team in London. The studio delivers bespoke residential projects across the UK, ranging from new-build homes to complex refurbishments and extensions. This is an opportunity to work on beautifully crafted projects from concept through to completion within a collaborative and creative environment.
The Role
- Lead and contribute to residential projects across all RIBA stages
- Prepare planning, technical and construction information
- Develop design presentations and client-facing materials
- Coordinate with consultants and external project teams
- Attend client meetings and site visits as required
- Support project delivery through construction phases
- Work closely with colleagues to maintain high design and technical standards
Requirements
- Qualified Architect (Part 3 or equivalent)
- Experience delivering residential projects in the UK
- Strong design and technical capabilities
- Knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing
- Experience coordinating consultants and project stakeholders
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in industry-standard design and presentation software
