My client are looking for a Product Manager to take ownership of the quality, presentation and performance of their extensive online product catalogue. Their Product Operations team manages 13,000+ online SKUs across seven key product categories, alongside a further 20,000+ products available offline. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in improving how customers discover, understand and purchase our products online.You will work closely with another Product Manager and a Product Pricing Analyst, alongside colleagues across development, design, content, digital marketing and analytics.This is a hands-on role, with project management, process improvement and problem-solving at its core. Key Responsibilities Catalogue Management & Product Lifecycle Product Discovery & Online Merchandising Project Management & Delivery Quality Assurance & Process Improvement Analysis & Commercial Collaboration The role is highly collaborative, with most responsibilities shared across the Product Operations and wider Digital teams.You may also become involved in broader website projects where product information, catalogue management or supplier processes are central to the outcome. They are looking for someone who is commercially aware, highly organised and comfortable working with large volumes of product data. You will enjoy solving problems, improving processes and finding practical ways to make an ecommerce catalogue work better for both customers and the business. You don't need to have formal people management experience. We are more interested in someone who can take ownership, lead projects, coordinate different teams and consistently deliver reliable improvements. Essential Experience Proven experience managing and improving a large and varied ecommerce product catalogue. Practical experience working with PIM and ecommerce platforms. Experience managing bulk product updates, data validation and the movement of product information between systems. Demonstrable experience delivering product data, catalogue or merchandising projects across multiple teams. Strong project management skills, including defining requirements, creating realistic plans, managing dependencies and implementing quality checks. Strong Excel skills Experience using analytics and customer insight to improve product discovery, presentation and the online purchasing journey. Strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate colleagues without direct line management authority. Excellent organisation and attention to detail. Strong practical problem-solving skills. Experience improving product feeds and automating catalogue processes while maintaining appropriate validation and monitoring
