Your New Role
You will be responsible for meeting the daily service maintenance and repair needs of varying end-clients equipment, as a Mobile Field Engineer with a large geographical area.
Your Responsibilities
- Troubleshooting, diagnostic, maintenance and repair of designated equipment: laptop and desktop devices, including AiO.
- Ensuring best practice standards and common sense are always sought.
- Utilizing escalation and support processes to resolve service delivery issues.
- Working as a member of the local team to provide efficient service delivery to all accounts within assigned area.
- Lifting and carrying parts that can weigh up to 25 kgs.
- Adhering to current regulatory requirements.
- Adherence to all employee administration and deadlines, overtime, expenses, mileage declaration.
Your Requirements
- IT qualification.
- Three years' experience of diagnosing and repairing IT equipment.
- Experience troubleshooting and responding to customer concerns.
- Proven record of being reliable and accountable for all aspects of their job.
- Advantage if proficient level of computer skills including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, self-directed, entrepreneurial environment.
