Your New Role

You will be responsible for meeting the daily service maintenance and repair needs of varying end-clients equipment, as a Mobile Field Engineer with a large geographical area.

Your Responsibilities

  • Troubleshooting, diagnostic, maintenance and repair of designated equipment: laptop and desktop devices, including AiO.
  • Ensuring best practice standards and common sense are always sought.
  • Utilizing escalation and support processes to resolve service delivery issues.
  • Working as a member of the local team to provide efficient service delivery to all accounts within assigned area.
  • Lifting and carrying parts that can weigh up to 25 kgs.
  • Adhering to current regulatory requirements.
  • Adherence to all employee administration and deadlines, overtime, expenses, mileage declaration.

Your Requirements

  • IT qualification.
  • Three years' experience of diagnosing and repairing IT equipment.
  • Experience troubleshooting and responding to customer concerns.
  • Proven record of being reliable and accountable for all aspects of their job.
  • Advantage if proficient level of computer skills including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, self-directed, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Resourceful, with the ability to work independently.
  • Strong time management skills.
