The Opportunity Job Title: Welder Fabricator Reporting to: Fabrication Supervisor Working Hours: 07:00 - 17:30 * 4-Day Week Salary: Competitive / Commensurate with experience Skills, Experience, and Qualifications Experience working with thin-wall materials, including Stainless Steel, Inconel, and Aluminium. Significant fabrication experience, ideally (but not necessarily) within the motorsport sector. Proven ability to work effectively within a small team as well as independently using your own initiative. Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines in a demanding production environment. Must be fully proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings. Key Responsibilities Ensure strict adherence to health and safety guidelines at all times. Cut, assemble, and fabricate/weld metallic assemblies (primarily utilizing jigs). Take responsibility for the quality and timely completion of parts to agreed standards based on technical drawings, works orders, and job packs. Liaise closely with the Fabrication Supervisor to ensure a complete understanding of project requirements. Maintain accurate timekeeping and job tracking records in the system at all times.
