Key Responsibilities Deliver architectural packages across all RIBA Work Stages, with particular strength in Stages 3-4 (Spatial & Technical Design). Develop detailed, coordinated technical design information suitable for planning, tender and construction. Produce high-quality Revit models and construction documentation. Coordinate closely with structural, MEP and specialist consultants to resolve complex technical interfaces. Participate in design reviews, technical workshops and client meetings. Support project delivery through construction, responding to RFIs and site queries where required. Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with programme, budget and quality objectives. Mentor junior team members and contribute to BIM best practice across the team. About You Essential ARB Registered Architect. Strong experience delivering projects through RIBA Stage 3 and Stage 4, with exposure to the full project lifecycle. Ideally experience across all RIBA Stages (0-7). Highly technical with excellent construction and detailing knowledge. Advanced Revit proficiency and confidence working in a BIM-led environment. Experience coordinating multidisciplinary consultant teams. Strong understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction methodologies. Excellent communication and organisational skills. Able to manage multiple technical workstreams on complex projects. Project Experience Preferred Data Centres Mission Critical FacilitiesAlternatively Industrial & Logistics Advanced Manufacturing Large-scale Residential Commercial or mixed-use developments with significant technical complexity Desirable Experience working on Design & Build projects.
