Job Description

Position Overview:\\n\\nWe are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Architect with strong Revit experience to join our dynamic design team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in architectural design, documentation, and project coordination, with advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit. This role requires collaboration with clients, consultants, and internal team members to deliver high-quality architectural projects from concept through construction.\\n\\nKey Responsibilities:\\n\\n * \\n\\n Develop and produce architectural designs and construction documents using Revit.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Collaborate with project teams to ensure design intent is accurately reflected in the final deliverables.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and contractors to integrate design and technical requirements.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Conduct site visits and assist in construction administration activities, including reviewing submittals and responding to RFIs.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Ensure compliance with local building codes, zoning laws, and regulations.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Participate in design reviews, project meetings, and presentations.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Assist in developing project schedules and maintaining project documentation.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Mentor junior staff and contribute to continuous improvement of Revit standards and workflows.\\n\\nQualifications:\\n\\n * \\n\\n Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Professional licensure or on path to licensure preferred.\\n\\n * \\n\\n 3+ years of professional experience in architecture with a focus on Revit-based design and documentation.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Expert-level proficiency in Autodesk Revit; familiarity with AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, Lumion, or other design tools is a plus.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Strong understanding of architectural building systems and construction methods.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Excellent graphic, written, and verbal communication skills.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a collaborative environment.\\n\\nPreferred Skills:\\n\\n * \\n\\n Experience with BIM coordination and clash detection.\\n\\n * \\n\\n LEED accreditation or knowledge of sustainable design practices.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Experience working in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary environment.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Knowledge of local building codes and permitting processes
