My client, who are in the Managed Services space, are looking for an Account Director to join them on a permanent basis. The Account Director will oversee strategic client relationships, working closely with the Account Manager on key accounts to ensure alignment, drive growth, and deliver client satisfaction. This role involves a collaborative approach to account planning and execution, leveraging the Account Manager's support to maintain high standards of service and expand client engagements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with the Account Manager to manage high-value accounts, serving as the primary contact for senior stakeholders while overseeing shared responsibilities for account management and growth.
- Develop and execute account strategies in collaboration with the Account Manager, with a focus on meeting revenue targets and expanding relationships across Networking, Cloud, Cyber Security, Modern Workplace, and Managed Services.
- Lead strategic client discussions and complex negotiations, establishing long-term agreements that support mutual growth.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams and the Account Manager to ensure delivery excellence and alignment with client objectives.
- Mentor the Account Manager, sharing best practices in strategic account management and supporting their development in managing high-value clients.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Significant experience in account management or sales leadership, ideally within the technology solutions industry.
- Proven ability to manage and grow strategic accounts in a B2B environment, with experience collaborating with junior account team members.
