What you'll do
- Establish and maintain governance frameworks for project and portfolio management.
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure alignment and adherence to project management standards.
- Monitor project performance and provide insights to senior leadership for decision-making.
- Facilitate communication and reporting processes among stakeholders to enhance transparency.
- Identify areas for improvement in project delivery and implement necessary changes.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management or PMO roles.
- Proven track record of managing technology-related projects.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with senior leadership and diverse teams.
Nice to have
- Experience with Agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with project management software such as Jira or Trello.
