The successful candidate will have at least 5 years' post-qualification/on-site experience , with a strong understanding of residential architecture, construction and project delivery. You'll be involved in developing high-quality design solutions while working closely with clients, consultants, contractors and the wider project team. The role will include: Developing residential projects from concept and planning through to technical design and construction. Producing and reviewing drawings, specifications and other project information. Working closely with clients, consultants, contractors and local authorities. Managing and coordinating architectural packages throughout the project lifecycle. Applying strong knowledge of construction detailing, materials and on-site delivery . Attending site meetings, carrying out inspections and resolving construction issues. Contributing to masterplanning and larger-scale residential developments , including site analysis, layouts, housing mix, access, movement and placemaking. Supporting planning applications and responding to planning and design requirements.
