We are looking for a Team Lead Marketing Operations who will be the backbone of our vendor ecosystem, managing onboarding, legal coordination, payments, and system integrations that keep our marketing engine running at peak performance. This role sits at the intersection of operations, compliance, finance, and marketing technology, requiring precision, coordination skills, and a passion for process improvement.

What you’ll do

  • Team Leadership - Lead, coach, and develop the Marketing Operations team, ensuring high performance, accountability, and continuous learning.
  • Work Planning & Prioritisation - Manage team capacity, allocate resources, and prioritise operational activities to meet business and marketing objectives.
  • Stakeholder Management - Serve as the primary escalation point for operational issues and build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
  • Performance Management - Monitor and report on operational KPIs, vendor performance, and team effectiveness, driving continuous improvement.
  • Vendor Onboarding - Manage the full onboarding journey, from documentation collection and compliance checks to coordinating with Procurement, Legal, Finance, and IT.
  • Contract & Legal Coordination - Facilitate the drafting, reviewing, and signing of MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, and renewals. Track contract lifecycles and ensure all agreements meet internal standards.
  • Creative operations - Work with marketing teams, brand teams, studio and 3rd party creative teams for integrated creative production, testing and improvements operational model.
  • Payments & Finance Ops - Oversee purchase orders, invoice submissions, payment follow-ups, vendor queries, and budget tracking to ensure financial accuracy and timely processing.
  • Vendor System Integrations - Work closely with IT and marketing teams to integrate new tools, platforms, and APIs, ensuring they meet technical, security, and functional requirements.
  • Operational Compliance - Ensure all vendor activities adhere to internal procurement, finance, information security, and legal policies.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration - Partner with procurement, finance, legal, product, and marketing teams to streamline workflows and support business objectives.
  • Process Improvement - Identify inefficiencies and implement improvements or automations that simplify the vendor and payments lifecycle.

What you’ll bring

  • You’re someone who brings: At least 2-3 years’ previous leadership and people management experience.
  • Previous experience in mentoring and coaching team members to maximize individual contribution to overall department objectives.
  • Proven experience in vendor management, marketing operations, procurement support, or financial operations.
  • Strong understanding of contracts, SOWs, procurement workflows, and vendor compliance.
  • Experience managing POs, invoicing, budgets, and payment tracking.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple vendors simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to simplify complex processes for stakeholders.
  • Tech‑savvy mindset with the ability to learn new systems quickly.

Desirable skills you’ve got up your sleeve

  • Experience working with iGaming, Fintech, SaaS, or large‑scale technology vendors.
  • Understanding of information security, data privacy, or risk management processes.
  • Hands‑on experience with procurement systems (e.g., Business Central, Ariba), finance systems, or workflow tools.
  • Ability to contribute to process automation or operational optimisation initiatives.
  • Interest in marketing tools, data platforms, or integrations.
  • Familiarity with marketing tech stacks, CRM platforms, or analytics tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, Data Analytics, or a related field.
