At RED, we believe looking after our people starts with creating somewhere they’re proud to call home.
We’re looking for a reliable, friendly Staff Accommodation Caretaker to help keep our team accommodation clean, fresh and welcoming. It’s a small role, but it makes a big difference to the people who live with us.
What you'll do

- Clean and prepare bedrooms when required
- Empty bins and manage waste and recycling
- Keep cleaning supplies stocked
- Spot and report maintenance issues
- Follow cleaning schedules and maintain our high standards
- Work respectfully around our team members and their personal spaces
What we're looking for
Someone reliable, organised and proud of a job well done, with a good eye for detail and the confidence to work independently.
Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience is great, but the right attitude matters most.
What's in it for you?
- £12.71 - £14.00 per hour
- Performance Boost Scheme - the opportunity to earn more on top of base pay
- A people-centric working environment
- Learning and internal career progression opportunities

- 40% off food, drinks and a range of hotel services through our RED discount scheme
- Local partnership discounts
- Health Shield Healthcare Plan
- Temporary on-site team accommodation available
If you take pride in creating clean, comfortable spaces and want to be part of a team that genuinely cares about its people, we’d love to hear from you.
