About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced and commercially driven Marketing Manager to lead the marketing function across Bedruthan, Scarlet Hotel and Create Cornwall.
This is a strategic yet hands‑on role suited to an ambitious hospitality, travel or lifestyle marketer who can drive revenue growth, elevate brand positioning, and create meaningful guest engagement across multiple channels.
Reporting directly into senior leadership, you’ll lead a small in‑house marketing team while collaborating closely with commercial and operational teams to ensure every marketing initiative supports both business performance and exceptional guest experience.
This role is ideal for someone who combines creativity with commercial awareness — equally confident shaping long‑term strategy, analysing performance data, and rolling up their sleeves to deliver standout campaigns.
And because guest experience sits at the heart of everything we do, you’ll also maintain a close connection to operations through occasional duty management support and cross‑functional collaboration.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Developing and delivering integrated marketing strategies across all three brands
- Driving revenue growth through insight‑led campaigns and audience targeting
- Managing multi‑channel campaigns across digital, CRM, content, PR, partnerships and print
- Overseeing seasonal campaigns, promotions and launches
- Analysing occupancy, conversion and campaign performance to optimise ROI
- Collaborating with leadership, operations and revenue teams to support commercial goals
- Leading and mentoring a small marketing team
- Strengthening brand storytelling and consistency across all touchpoints
- Staying closely connected to guest experience and customer feedback
- Supporting operational teams during busy periods where needed
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 5 years’ marketing experience within hospitality, travel, tourism or lifestyle brands
- Proven success delivering commercially impactful marketing campaigns
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, segmentation and campaign analytics
- Experience managing budgets and delivering measurable ROI
- Previous leadership or team management experience
- A strategic thinker with a hands‑on mindset
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Passion for premium, luxury or experience‑led brands
- Based in Cornwall or willing to relocate
