Are you passionate about wine and guest experience in equal measure? Do you believe that the best wine stories start with people? Are you excited to create unforgettable, personalised moments for every guest? You will work across both Scarlet and Bedruthan hotels, guiding guests through carefully curated lists, leading tastings, and helping create a relaxed but refined atmosphere. Whether you're already WSET qualified or just starting out, we will help you grow with full support and training.
What will you be doing?
- Creating bespoke wine pairings and experiences for dinner and events
- Leading small group tastings and intimate conversations about wine
- Guiding guests through a list of 150+ old-world wines rooted in sustainability
- Providing warm, attentive service throughout the guest journey—from welcome to farewell
- Supporting wine education within the wider Food & Beverage team
- Developing your own wine knowledge through training and qualifications
