Are you passionate about driving business transformation and building meaningful relationships? We invite you to be part of our dynamic Enterprise Sales team as a Strategic Account Manager in the UK. In this pivotal role, you will contribute to winning, retaining, and growing sales within our international enterprise accounts in the Consumer Products sector. You will empower our customers and partners to achieve their business and IT transformation goals through Red Hat's innovative services and solutions.
What You'll Do
- Craft Tailored Strategies: Develop personalized account strategies that align with Red Hat's overarching sales approach, addressing each customer's unique needs and challenges through strategic planning.
- Drive Customer Success: Implement account strategies that enhance performance and customer satisfaction, focusing on retention and growth in key accounts while delivering exceptional value.
- Identify Growth Opportunities: Actively seek out opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and renewals within the Red Hat portfolio, increasing our influence and presence within each account.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Solution Architects, Customer Success teams, and industry experts to align Red Hat solutions with customer needs, guiding them through the entire sales process.
- Build Lasting Relationships: Cultivate strong relationships across customer organizations, positioning Red Hat as a trusted strategic partner and advisor.
- Empower Success and Growth: Partner with the Customer Success team to co-develop Success and Growth Plans, ensuring our solutions provide tangible value and support customer expansion and retention goals.
- Engage with Partners: Collaborate with partners to enhance Red Hat's value proposition, ensuring our customers receive the best support and solutions.
