The Red Hat Consulting team is seeking a Cloud Architect with strong OpenShift experience to join our Dubai Office, UAE. You will serve as a subject-matter expert in Red Hat’s infrastructure and cloud technology, addressing best practices around automation, reliability, scalability, maintainability, high availability, and failover setups. You will lead on-site delivery and implementation of Red Hat’s technology, gaining insights into customer infrastructures and providing tailored recommendations. This role offers an excellent opportunity to deepen your expertise and work in a dynamic environment promoting Red Hat’s solutions.
Note: Due to customer requirements, only candidates holding a passport from the UK, US, Canada, Australia, or EU countries will be considered. Relocation to Dubai is mandatory, with Red Hat providing relocation support.
What You Will Do
- Deliver discovery, analysis, and design workshops to influence customer architecture decisions aligned with Red Hat solutions.
- Lead consulting teams through customer pilot projects, deployments, workload onboarding, and lifecycle management.
- Collaborate with product teams, engineering, support, and sales to ensure excellent customer experiences.
- Develop scalable methodologies and tools to enhance Red Hat’s service delivery and reduce risks.
What You Will Bring
- Experience in consulting and architecture roles.
- Strong customer-facing skills and ability to lead interactions.
- Hands-on knowledge of infrastructure technologies and enterprise virtualization/container deployment.
- Experience with Red Hat solutions like OpenStack, OpenShift, RHEL.
- Willingness to travel regionally.
- Experience onboarding applications onto cloud/container platforms, with DevOps and CI/CD knowledge.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Red Hat certifications are a plus.
- Experience with AI solutions is advantageous.
