Role Summary The Red Hat Sales team is seeking a Business Value Director to support growth in the Hybrid Cloud market and open source technologies. The ideal candidate will have a passion for business outcomes, combining expertise in B2B software sales, strategy consulting, and executive stakeholder management within the cloud infrastructure space. This role focuses on our largest enterprise customers globally, leading C-level engagements to demonstrate the impact of Red Hat’s solutions through ROI, TCO, and financing strategies, thereby driving incremental bookings and expanding our pipeline. Responsibilities Deliver incremental sales bookings via CXO advisory for top deals with global accounts. Engage with customer executives to articulate strategic and financial benefits of Red Hat’s transformation message. Develop account strategies, ROI justifications, deal structures, and value realization analyses. Provide market insights on customers\’ perceptions of Red Hat’s economic benefits. Create thought leadership content such as white papers and workshops. Accelerate global enterprise sales targets through scalable customer engagement strategies. Define customer value vision across the Red Hat customer lifecycle and create a knowledge base of value assets. Lead customer and partner sessions at key events to enhance positioning. Advise regional sales management on account strategies and deal quality. Enable sales teams to conduct value-focused discovery and sales campaigns. Qualifications 15+ years in business case development, financial analysis, ROI/TCO modeling, and executive storytelling. Experience in Value Advisory, Management Consulting, or Value Engineering. Proven engagement with C-level executives and internal stakeholders. 10+ years in enterprise selling of complex cloud infrastructure solutions. Strong skills in executive narration, program management, and communication. Excellent presentation and facilitation skills. Willingness to travel for customer engagements. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree, Master’s preferred. Experience with Financial Services sector and language skills in French or German.
