RedGreen Partners are delighted to be supporting a growing business in the Salford area in their search for a French speaking HR Coordinator. The opportunity exists to join the company during a period of positive change, where you’ll play a key role in supporting both HR operations and Payroll across the UK, with exposure to their French business also.
Reporting to the UK HR Manager, you’ll support a wide range of HR coordination and payroll activities, contributing to ongoing improvements across people processes and systems. This is a varied, hands-on role with scope to develop and shape the position over time.
What you’ll be doing:
- Maintain employee benefits, pension and payroll records accurately
- Produce HR letters, contracts and general HR documentation
- Support HR reporting, KPI tracking and people administration
- Provide a responsive, employee-focused HR support service
- Process the UK monthly payroll process
- Coordinate information for small non-UK payrolls
- Offer support to the French HR and Payroll function as needed
- Contribute to HR projects and process improvements
What we’re looking for:
We’re looking for a proactive, organised and positive HR and Payroll Coordinator with an understanding of the value great service can have within a business. You will bring relevant experience gained in a similar role where you have built strong relationships by exceeding requirements. You’ll be a confident IT and systems user (ideally ADP) with an interest in improving processes through technology. French speaking will be a requirement.
