RedGreen Partners are supporting a well known Manchester business in their search for an experienced Reward Partner to help shape and deliver reward across the business.
About the role
This role is the type that will see you sit at the table with senior leaders and People Partners, using data to drive decisions that are fair, commercial, and fast. One day you're deep in job evaluation and benchmarking, the next you're advising on a complex pay case or prepping papers for RemCo. It's varied, it's strategic, and hands-on all at once.
Reporting into an accomplished Head of Reward the role will ask you to:
- Lead cyclical reward activity: salary review, share awards, benchmarking, job evaluation, and mandatory reporting
- Advise confidently on pay, grading, and reward strategy across the business
- Handle complex or exceptional reward cases with sound judgement
- Support governance, including RemCo paper preparation
- Build reward capability across the wider People team
- Partner with senior stakeholders to communicate reward decisions clearly
About you
We are keen to speak to those individuals confident in displaying:
- Reward experience at Senior Reward Advisor or Reward Partner level
- Job levelling and grading expertise (WTW, Hay, Mercer or similar)
- Experience with employee share schemes (SAYE, SIP)
- Strong Excel skills and a genuinely data-led approach
- Confidence building relationships with senior leaders
- A practical, solutions-focused mindset and happy to find clarity in unclear data
