Are you an experienced Learning & Development professional who thrives on building rather than maintaining? Are you looking for the opportunity to shape and drive an L&D function that will support a business through its next phase of growth and beyond?


RedGreen Partners are partnering with a PE-backed and acquisitive organisation to recruit their first Learning & Development Partner.


Reporting to the Head of People and partnering closely with the Senior Leadership team, you'll take ownership of the learning agenda across the group. Creating frameworks, career pathways, apprenticeship programmes and development initiatives that drive performance and support long-term success.


We're looking for a commercially minded, confident and credible L&D professional with proven experience in designing and implementing learning strategies, influencing stakeholders and delivering engaging development solutions.


Comfortable working autonomously whilst partnering closely with the wider People Team, you'll have the commercial acumen to balance business priorities with development needs and the resilience to operate in a fast-paced environment where priorities can evolve quickly.
