HR Operations Specialist
Location: Greater Manchester (Hybrid)
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000
RedGreen Partners are looking to attract an experienced HR Operations Specialist to join a growing organisation in a newly created position.
This varied role will combine HR administration, systems ownership, people data and process improvement. It’s designed to help ensure the People function runs smoothly, providing accurate information, responsive support and a consistent employee experience. It’s a key role in the people team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage employee lifecycle administration, including onboarding, contractual changes, leave, benefits and leavers.
- Maintain the HR system and ensure employee data is accurate and up to date.
- Produce workforce reports and dashboards, highlighting important trends and insights.
- Prepare and check monthly payroll and benefits changes.
- Maintain HR policies, procedures, templates and employee records.
- Manage incoming People queries, resolving routine requests and escalating more complex matters.
- Improve HR processes through automation, self-service and better ways of working.
- Support activities including probation, performance reviews, engagement surveys and benefits renewals.
About You
With experience gained in HR operations, administration or shared services, we’re looking for somebody keen to occupy a role that sits at the intersection of HR administration, systems, reporting and internal service delivery.
You’ll be an organised, analytical and highly dependable HR operations professional who enjoys creating order, improving processes and turning accurate people data into useful insight.
The right person needs to be both highly dependable in the detail and motivated to improve how the wider People function operates.
