As a key member of the senior leadership team, you will help shape the organisation, culture and leadership capability needed for the next stage of its journey. You will lead through change, support the integration of acquired businesses and build a People function that can scale with the organisation.
This opportunity will suit a commercially minded HR Director who combines strategic thinking with a practical approach. You’ll be comfortable influencing senior leaders, constructively challenging where necessary and remaining close to delivery.
Experience in a high-growth, acquisitive or private equity-backed environment would be highly relevant.
