Roles and Responsibilities
- Graphic Design: creating print designs for logos, branding, business cards, flyers, brochures, books, large‑format banners and more.
- Web Design: web and digital work, including website design, e‑flyers, and social banners.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing projects from conception to completion.
- Utilizing our in‑house large‑format and digital press to bring designs to life.
- Meeting and communicating directly with clients.
- Collaborating with a small team.
- Exercising creative independence and initiative.
- Working to a high standard with strong attention to detail, ensuring designs meet client expectations.
- Brewing a great cup of tea or coffee.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: a creative graphic/web designer with a minimum of 4 years’ experience.
- Technical Skills: at least 2 years of hands‑on experience with Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator; preferably Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Web Knowledge: a proven basic understanding of web design.
