On behalf of one of our pharmaceutical clients, RED is currently seeking an experienced Workday Business Analyst with strong expertise in Rewards (Compensation & Benefits). In this role, you will partner closely with HR, Compensation, Benefits, and IT teams to support and enhance the Workday HCM platform.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Gathering business requirements
  • Configuring and optimizing Workday Compensation, Advanced Compensation, and Benefits modules
  • Supporting compensation cycles
  • Benefits administration
  • Reporting
  • Testing
  • Process improvements

Key requirements:

  • 3–7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or HRIS Analyst
  • Hands-on Workday HCM experience, particularly Compensation, Advanced Compensation, and Benefits
  • Strong understanding of compensation planning and benefits administration
  • Experience with Workday business processes and reporting
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
