Key Responsibilities
- Perform functional testing across Oracle EBS HCM modules, ensuring high-quality delivery of enhancements, integrations, and system changes.
- Develop, execute, and maintain test scripts, test scenarios, and test plans aligned with business requirements.
- Collaborate with functional consultants, technical teams, and business stakeholders to validate end‑to‑end HCM processes.
- Utilise automation and testing tools (e.g., Selenium) to streamline and enhance testing efficiency.
- Support regression testing cycles and contribute to continuous improvement of testing frameworks and methodologies.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong functional understanding of at least three Oracle EBS HCM modules, with expertise in: (Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, Learning, Talent Management, Compensation & Benefits)
- Proven experience in a testing-focused role within the EBS HCM landscape.
- Hands-on experience using Selenium and other testing tools for automation and functional validation.
- Solid understanding of end‑to‑end HCM process flows and cross‑module dependencies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues and propose effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
