Senior Product Designer

Location: London Office (Hybrid – min. 3 days onsite)
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 6+ months (potential extension)
Working Hours: Full-time contract (No overtime)

Key Responsibilities

Design & Strategy: Define and conceptualize new products and features across multiple teams.

User Research: Conduct research, gather business/user needs, and translate them into design solutions.

Workshops & Discovery: Facilitate journey mapping, concept exploration, and storyboarding to align the product vision.

Prototyping & Testing: Build interactive prototypes to validate user flows and interaction designs.

UI & Data Visualization: Craft engaging UI designs and contribute to the Design System for consistency.

Required Expertise

6+ years experience designing enterprise digital products (preferably in financial services).

Experience conducting user research and working closely with stakeholders.

Excellent communication and ability to explain design rationale .

Hands-on experience in agile environments and continuous design sprints .

High attention to detail, from storytelling to wireframing and prototyping.
