Transformation Manager/Senior Manager

Role: Transformation Manager Location: Sheffield, UK (Hybrid – 2 days per week in office) Type: Full-time / Contract (Subcon) – 12 Months We’re looking for an experienced Transformation Manager to lead strategic infrastructure transformation within Enterprise Infrastructure. The focus will be on infrastructure standardisation—remediating non-standard implementations, strengthening governance, and ensuring robust support models are in place. Lead end-to-end delivery of infrastructure transformation programmes Develop business cases in collaboration with platform leads and architects Create and manage detailed project plans, including milestones, dependencies, risks, and budgets Represent programmes and projects at steering committees and senior forums Define and agree on plans to transition projects into BAU (business-as-usual) operations Proven track record of delivering large-scale technology transformation initiatives Strong blend of technical knowledge and programme management expertise Exceptional relationship-building and stakeholder influencing skills at all levels Experience in commercial/vendor partnerships to deliver project outcomes Skilled in managing budgets, resources, and project governance If you\’re a results-driven leader with a passion for infrastructure transformation and cross-functional delivery, please apply with your up-to-date CV in English.
