Contract Trainers Required | September Start | 10 week delivery

RED is looking for experienced Trainers to support a major technology and business change programme for a leading logistics organisation.

Start: 1 September 2026

Location: Staffordshire initially, then assigned to a UK training hub

Duration: 10 weeks (to mid-November, with possible extension)

The project: Rollout of IFS, a new Mobile Work Order Platform, and Toughbook devices to approximately 500 engineers across the UK.

What you'll do:

  • Attend a 4-week Train the Trainer programme in Staffordshire
  • Deliver face-to-face workshops to small groups (max 6 learners)
  • Support engineers through the adoption of new systems and processes
  • Help manage change, engagement and learner resistance

We're looking for trainers with:

  • Strong classroom facilitation skills
  • Experience delivering systems, technology or process training
  • Confidence engaging operational or engineering audiences
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • A practical, down-to-earth delivery style
  • Experience in engineering, manufacturing, logistics, field service, or maintenance environments is highly desirable.
