RED is currently recruiting for an experienced IT/ERP Project Manager to join one of our key partners on a major multi-year SAP S/4HANA transformation programme, migrating from SAP ECC.

Location: St Albans (2–3 days onsite per week).

Start: ASAP.

Contract: Initial 12-month contract with strong long‑term potential.

IR35: Inside IR35.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the delivery of business process and ERP transformation projects.
  • Manage project timelines, risks, stakeholders, and governance.
  • Work alongside business process design teams to drive successful outcomes.
  • Support the Key Design Decision (KDD) process from concept through to stakeholder approval.
  • Coordinate cross‑functional teams to ensure project milestones are achieved.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record delivering complex IT or ERP projects.
  • Good understanding of business process design and transformation.
  • Experience delivering business process improvement or transformation initiatives.
  • Project Management certification (PRINCE2, PMP, Agile or equivalent).
  • Experience within SAP transformation programmes, ideally SAP S/4HANA.
