Role Overview
We are seeking a high-performing, hands-on Delivery Team Lead to join RED Global's Life Sciences division, our second-largest practice globally. In this solutions-led leadership role, you will work alongside one of our most established business units, driving team performance while remaining close to the market. You will directly manage, mentor, and scale a team of 10 experienced Delivery Consultants focused on resourcing enterprise-level SAP S/4HANA, Digital Core, Data, and AI programs for major global life sciences organizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership & Development: Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of 10 experienced delivery consultants, maximizing their potential and career growth.
- Hands-on Performance: Drive overall team delivery metrics, strategy, and execution while maintaining your own hands-on presence in the market.
- Strategic Collaboration: Partner closely with RED’s established account management and business development functions to map talent pipelines against complex client roadmaps.
- Practice Growth: Contribute to the strategic scaling of our premier global Life Sciences delivery function.
Key Requirements
- Recruitment Leadership Track Record: Proven experience leading, mentoring, or stepping up to manage a team of recruitment/delivery consultants.
- Tech Sector Expertise: Deep familiarity with technology environments, ideally including SAP, Data, Cloud, or emerging AI ecosystems.
- Pharma/Life Sciences Familiarity (Preferred, but not mandatory): Experience or a strong understanding of the compliance and talent landscape within the Life Sciences sector is highly advantageous.
- Commercial Drive: A results-oriented professional motivated by a lucrative structure combining base pay, personal commission, and team overrides.
