RED is seeking an experienced AI & Agile Tooling Architect to design, implement, and optimise AI-driven solutions and enterprise Agile tooling ecosystems. This role will bridge AI innovation with Agile delivery practices, enabling teams to use intelligent automation, advanced analytics, integrated toolchains, and generative AI capabilities to improve productivity, reporting, decision-making, and delivery efficiency.

Key Experience Required

  • Proven experience as an AI Architect, Agile Tooling Architect, Enterprise Architect, Solution Architect, or similar.
  • Strong background in large-scale enterprise transformation programmes.
  • Experience rolling out Digital, Data, AI, Agile, or DevOps capability at enterprise scale.
  • Hands-on expertise with Agile and portfolio tooling such as Jira, Clarity, Rally, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
  • Experience rationalising tooling estates, standardising taxonomy, and improving reporting consistency.
  • Strong understanding of Agile frameworks, including Scrum, SAFe, and Kanban.
  • Good knowledge of the software development lifecycle and modern DevOps practices.
  • Experience integrating tooling across the full delivery lifecycle, from planning through to release and monitoring.
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML, generative AI, automation, and enterprise AI governance.
  • Experience working in financial services or another highly regulated enterprise environment would be highly beneficial.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and architecture governance skills.
