Job Description
***Service Now Architect (CSM & SOM) – London, UK ***
For our international client based in London, RED is currently looking for a ServiceNow Solution Architect to join them.
The consultant is expected to start ASAP, for an initial 6 month contract – with the chance of extension. The role is INSIDE IR35 and will be hybrid working, with 2 days per week onsite in London.

- 10+ years of experience in implementing or architecting ServiceNow solutions
- Expert in 3 or more below ServiceNow Product suites
- CSDM and CMDB
- ITOM Health and Visibility Discovery Service Mapping Event management Integration with Monitoring tools Health Log Analytics
- Customer Service Management CSM
- Sales Order Management SOM
- Telecommunication Network Inventory TNI
- Strategic Portfolio Management SPM
- Extensive experience across the ServiceNow core platform security performance and compliance
- Extensive experience in thirdparty integration RESTSOAP Other methods Integration Hub and Ebonding
- Experience in Domain Separation and ITSM application
