On behalf of one of our clients, RED Global is looking for an SAP Functional Consultant to join a dynamic team, providing day-to-day support and development of SAP systems. If you’re an experienced SAP Analyst with a strong background in SAP configuration and support, this is a great opportunity to work on a key project with the potential for extensions.
Start: April 2025
Location: Hybrid - 2 days on-site in London
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day support for SAP systems, resolving incidents and service requests within SLA.
- Design, develop, and configure SAP solutions across multiple modules (SD, MM, WM, FI/CO, CAR, IS-Retail, CPQ).
- Work closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to ensure SAP services meet business needs.
- Manage cutover tasks, including change requests and service transitions.
- Document SAP technical specifications, user guides, and configuration details.
- Deliver training to business users as needed.
Technical Skills:
- Experience in various SAP modules (mainly logistics and finance).
- Proven experience in both support and project delivery.
- Retail experience is a plus.
Other Skills:
- Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and issue resolution skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
