We are looking for three experienced SAP Functional Contractors to join a dynamic team in London on a 4-month contract (with extension opportunities).
Role Overview: As an SAP Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting and optimising SAP systems across various modules, ensuring seamless business operations. You will be responsible for configuring, maintaining, and supporting SAP solutions, working closely with IT teams, business stakeholders, and SAP directly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day SAP support, resolving BAU tickets and enhancing system performance.
- Configure and optimise SAP solutions across multiple modules, primarily Logistics.
- Work with Solution Architects, Business Analysts & Project Managers to deliver SAP projects on time.
- Manage and resolve incidents, problems, and service requests within agreed SLAs.
- Document SAP technical specifications, configurations, and user guides.
- Participate in change management, system testing, and business readiness for SAP solutions.
Technical Skills Required:
- Strong SAP Functional expertise across SD, MM, WM, FI/CO, CAR (UDF, MPR), SAP IS-Retail, SAP CPQ.
- SAP ABAP programming, UI5/Fiori, Workflow, WebServices/RFCs, and Postman/SOAPUI experience is beneficial.
- Proven ability to deliver both support and project-based SAP solutions.
- Retail industry experience is a plus.
