On behalf of one of our key partners, RED now has a new opportunity for an OpenShift Virtualization Architect to join a project. The initial contract is for 6 months. This role is to start ASAP and will be fully remote (UK Based).
We're looking for Architects across the EMEA region with experience in Red Hat OpenShift Virtualization, specifically in delivering Virtualization Migration Assessments (VMA).
Specific skills/experience required:- Lead discovery workshops with stakeholders to assess current infrastructure and plan future virtualization goals.
- Perform Virtualization Migration Assessments that include high-level design and project scoping.
- Identify existing VM workloads and define storage, networking.
- Understand operational needs like automation, monitoring, disaster recovery, and compliance.
- Co-create a migration plan and high-level solution design tailored to the client’s needs.
- Deliver documentation including roadmap, technology landscape, and proposed migration approach.
