We are looking for an experienced Network Lead (8-12 years experience) to join our client onsite in London, UK. This is a 6 Month Initial Contract!
Key Responsibilities:
- Network Security & Infrastructure: Hands-on expertise in Palo Alto Firewalls, SD-WAN (Silverpeak), Aruba & Ruckus Wireless.
- Troubleshooting & Support: Diagnose L2/L3 network issues, manage regional site networks, and troubleshoot escalations in a 24/7 global support environment.
- Operations & Documentation: Create and maintain run books, SOPs, and best practices for optimal network management.
- Performance & Optimization: Improve network stability, security, and scalability through fine-tuning configurations and proactive maintenance.
- Incident Management: Lead war rooms for critical site issues and coordinate with offshore teams & service providers.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Network & Security Architects, Server & Platform Engineers, and Data Center Operations.
- Onsite Support: Physically visit sites to troubleshoot and resolve network issues.
