MS Dynamics 365 CRM Architect – Hybrid Contract, England *** RED Global is currently looking for an experienced MS Dynamics 365 CRM Architect. Location: Hybrid (occasional on-site travel required) Start: ASAP Lead the design and architecture of CRM solutions aligned to business goals and technical strategy Define and deliver the CRM roadmap in line with programme and strategic objectives Provide expert technical and functional guidance on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Collaborate with systems integrators and internal stakeholders to ensure scalable and robust CRM design Drive integration between CRM, ERP, and GIS systems, ensuring smooth data flow and process alignment Address pain points through effective CRM strategies and continuous improvement Strong technical and functional expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM architecture Experience in end-to-end CRM implementation projects and system integrations (e.g., ERP, GIS) Deep understanding of Dynamics 365 CRM data models, processes, and integration capabilities Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA and GIS systems integration is highly beneficial com or apply here for immediate consideration.
